If you use ExamReady Premium for at least 30 days and don't pass the official NNAAP exam, we'll extend your Premium access by 3 months — for free, no questions asked.

Who qualifies

  • ✓You had an active Premium subscription for at least 30 days before taking the NNAAP.
  • ✓You took the official NNAAP exam (any of the six vendors: NNAAP, Prometric, Headmaster, Credentia, PHD, Excel Testing) and did not pass on the first attempt.
  • ✓You submit your claim within 30 days of receiving your official score report.
  • ✓You provide a verifiable score report (PDF, screenshot, or letter from your state board).

What you get

We extend your current Premium subscription by 3 full months at no charge. There is no limit on how many times you can use the guarantee — if you need to take the exam again, we'll extend again.

We do not refund the original purchase price. The guarantee covers continued access to Premium while you prepare to retake the exam.

How to claim

  1. Go to your account page and fill out the claim form (your account email is pre-filled).
  2. Attach (or paste a link to) your official score report. Any of the six NNAAP vendors is accepted.
  3. We verify eligibility within 2 business days and email you back when the 3-month extension is active.

Does this apply to the free tier?

No. The guarantee applies to paid Premium subscribers only. The free sample exists so you can evaluate the product before committing.

Can I get a refund instead of an extension?

Yes, but only within 7 days of your initial subscription. See the pricing page FAQ for the money-back guarantee. After 7 days, the pass guarantee is the only path to free continued access.

What if my state uses a non-NNAAP exam?

The guarantee covers all six state-approved CNA exam vendors: NNAAP, Prometric, Headmaster, Credentia, PHD, and Excel Testing. A non-pass result from any of them qualifies.

What if I fail again after the extension?

Submit a new claim. The guarantee applies per exam attempt — you can keep extending until you pass.
